Towering innovation: The High Modulus Carbon mast significantly reduces weight aloft, enhancing sailing performance and stability.

The foundation of the Tavolara-100’s projected exceptional performance lies in its advanced carbon fiber composite hull, employing a sandwich construction with either foam or balsa core. This intelligent engineering is crucial for achieving maximum structural rigidity while maintaining an ultra-lightweightprofile essential for a true fast cruiser. Utilizing the highest manufacturing standards, the process involves epoxy resin infusion through VARTM (Vacuum Assisted Resin Transfer Molding) or an autoclave process, ensuring flawless impregnation for an incredibly strong monocoque structure.

Harnessing the wind: State-of-the-art 3Di sails by North Sails (Dyneema/carbon) ensure superior strength and precision for performance cruising.

Aloft, the yacht’s rigging is equally sophisticated. A High Modulus Carbon mast significantly reduces weight aloft, directly enhancing sailing performance and stability. The sail plan features state-of-the-art 3Di sails by North Sails, manufactured using Dyneema and carbon fibers for superior strength, shape retention, and precision. Strategic use of Technora fiber further contributes to a lightweight yet highly durable configuration, perfectly optimized for performance cruising.
