These forms, seemingly scattered yet meticulously planned, create a rhythmic silhouette that echoes the uneven canopy and fragmented light of the surroundings. At its heart lies a central courtyard, the vital nucleus from which access radiates to 15 bespoke apartments spread across three distinct levels. This core space is deliberately fragmented, dissolving into a network of smaller, intimate courtyards and hidden corners.
