French manufacturer Devialet has introduced the 4500 Watt Gold Phantom, a powerful speaker featuring 22-karat rose gold-plated side panels. The Devialet Gold Phantom is actually the third variant of the Phantom design. A previous Awarded “Best of CES”, the Phantom won numerous accolades for both its Silver 3,000 watts and Original 750 watts system designs. The improvement here is attributed to an additional 1,500 watts of power, an improvement to 108dB of output, and of course, that beautiful golden treatment.
The Gold Phantom works with Devialet’s own app or via Bluetooth or Spotify Connect. Gold Phantom now represents the highest-end of the acclaimed range of Devialet Phantom audio products, including the original Phantom (750 Watts, $1,990 USD) and Silver Phantom (3,000 Watts, $2,390 USD). Gold Phantom will be available on devialet.com for $2,990 USD, with shipping beginning on Bastille Day, July 14, 2016.
