The ground floor layout is thoughtfully organized within a rectangular walled enclave, centered around a series of interconnected patios, each designed for a specific function—greeting, resting, and celebrating. A key element of the design is the central green “oasis,” a verdant lung that divides the service areas from the private and social spaces.
