Inspired by the spirit of a Provençal village, La Tartane comprises 27 rooms and suites spread across six charming houses, each named after icons of the Café Society—think Hemingway, Chanel, and Fitzgerald. The interiors are a masterclass in Mediterranean aesthetics, with whitewashed beams, pastel-hued walls, and custom-designed rattan furniture that evoke a sense of warmth and intimacy. Private terraces, adorned with lush greenery and handcrafted benches, offer secluded retreats for guests to unwind.

The outdoor restaurant and pool area is a celebration of al fresco living. Under canisse pergolas, guests dine on travertine tables surrounded by brass lighting and parquet floors, a nod to the 1920s seaside glamour. The Saint-Amour restaurant serves a seasonal menu that journeys from crispy calamari to Asian-inspired Wagyu beef, while the poolside bar refreshes with citrus-infused cocktails made from the hotel’s garden.

Notoire’s design ethos shines through every detail—stylized wall paintings by Brazilian artist João Incerdi, grey marble bathrooms with shell-shaped sconces, and a logo inspired by the property’s iconic umbrella pine. Jordane Arrivetz’s playful yet refined approach blends raw materials with elegant hues, creating spaces that feel both nostalgic and contemporary.
