This house on the ground floor of a 90s building in the heart of Milan seems to come from a meeting of colors. The lcrStudio project is boldly chromatic and boldly brings whale blue closer to antique pink and soft gray, to clearly define the environments and tell their uses. The living room is bright, thanks to two large windows, and dotted here and there with elegant light points that recall Milanese modernism.
The two arches that characterize the equipped wall, re-enter and change shades, emphasizing the custom-made furnishings in the niches and emphasizing the centrality of the fireplace.
The counterpoint is the kitchen, minimal but with everything you need and with attention to the smallest details, from the color perfectly matching the walls to the symmetry that characterizes the entire home.
On the other side of the house, the two bedrooms, both doubles, where mirrored wardrobes divided by a modern writing desk have been studied, and of course there is the glass window that illuminates the master bathroom shower, which has now become the designer’s “signature”. Finally, the bathrooms are a tribute to the Milanese 50/60s years, both covered by the always elegant grès.
The furniture is very simple but always refined and combined with pieces from the large-scale retail trade and custom-made furniture, with well-being corners with Nordic and contemporary materials.
