Electronics startup Bruzzoni Global has focused on aesthetics to realized an electric toothbrush with metallic accents, as an alternative to ugly bathroom accessories.
“After I had used and bought maybe five electric tooth brushes, five shavers, cleaned away hair dryers, flat irons and seen all these toothpaste tubes, I started to wonder… Why so ugly? Why so many wires, and why is everyone focusing on technology Instead of just combining design and performance without showing all the functions?” said Krister Mossberg, founder of Bruzzoni Global. “I started to think about how I could combine Italian design with Scandinavian quality. To do what Nespresso and KitchenAid had done for the kitchen, but for the bathroom”.
The device features metallic accents, which give them a sleek and modern design. The body of the toothbrush is made from rubber, which tapers into slender neck with circular bristles at the end. A single multi-colour LED is built into the body of the device to provide a discrete on/off switch and to indicate battery levels.
Bruzzoni Global’s first range of electric toothbrushes, the Wall Street Collection, comes in black or white versions, with rose gold or silver-coloured metallic accents.
The Bruzzoni Global’s electric toothbrush is available in black or white here for $148 USD.
