In a city where you’ll find some of Florida’s most expensive real estate, it’s hard to imagine there hasn’t been a single glass condo building developed in Boca Raton over the years. But with the announcement and approval of the aptly named Glass House Boca Raton, that history is about to change in an extravagant way.
Featuring 28 extraordinarily stylish condo residences that promise ocean, Intracoastal, and golf course views, condos inside Boca Raton’s very first modern glass building are expected to be priced between $2.5 and $6.9 million, a reflection of its sleek design, premium downtown location, and lavish interiors.
According to developers, condos at Glass House Boca Raton will provide the kind of upscale lifestyle luxury condo buyers in South Florida demand, which could potentially include private or semi-private elevator access to each unit, as well as a limited number of preferred membership opportunities to one of Boca Raton’s premier resort-style clubs.
Other building features will include full-time door service, two levels of underground air-conditioned parking, a residents-only car wash, golf cart parking, a golf cart charging station, and a bike parking and storage area.
Floor plans at Glass House will be open and ultra-spacious, and include two- to four-bedroom layouts with anywhere from 2,550 to just under 4,000 square feet of living space. Each residence will also include a generously sized main living and entertainment area, a full-size laundry area, and large private terrace with built-in gas grills.
Pre-construction buyers will also have the option to combine half- and full-floor residences, creating a luxe sanctuary unlike anything else available in Downtown Boca Raton.
Construction for what is sure to be Boca Raton’s hottest new condo development is expected to begin sometime during the first quarter of 2025, and completion is scheduled for sometime in the fall of 2026.
