La Fromagerie du passage by Vincent Cost, Aix-en-Provence

In the historical district of Aix-en-Provence, in the center of an ancient Benedictine clositer, Saint Tropez-based architect Vincent Coste has designed “La Fromagerie du passage“. This “concept store” marries the world of wine and cheese. Sales areas and tasting will showcase the two “Meilleurs Ouvriers de France” in charge of refining and wine selection: a sustainable and informed consumption of these two products.
