Building on the success of their initial design showcased at CES 2024, the partnership returns to CES 2025 with a trio of market-ready products: the AI-THu (AI Transformer Home Unit), the AI-THt (AI Transformer Home Trailer), and the AI-THd (AI Transformer Home Drivable).
This innovative collection redefines compact living, offering versatile solutions that transcend conventional standards and elevate the concept of adaptable housing. Based on a shared flexible platform and off-grid capabilities, the AI-THd, AI-THu, and AI-THt embody a bold commitment to cutting-edge engineering, sustainable innovation, and refined design.

The AI-TH Family: Three Approaches to Expandable Living
AI-THu: The AI Transformer Home Unit
This static, AI-powered smart home expands to offer 37 square meters of interior living space, including a 4-square-meter outdoor patio. Built on a fixed base platform, the interior can easily transform from a comfortable living room to a productive office or an additional bedroom. A front expansion provides a convertible living or workspace, while the privately accessed master bedroom includes expandable wardrobe options. Equipped with AI smart home technology, solar panels, energy storage, a water generator, high-quality appliances, and ample pantry space, the AI-THu balances technology, form, and function. Starting at $98,000 for the base model, it can be installed virtually anywhere, on or off-grid. The compact footprint can be further customized and expanded with lower-level storage or living spaces, making it ideal for constrained environments or remote sites. Designed for medium- to long-term or permanent use, the AI-THu blends seamlessly into its surroundings and is suitable for private gardens, larger developments, vacation properties, Airbnb rentals, B2B events, military housing, or emergency management solutions. Configurations up to 111 square meters are supported, with optional shaded areas, BBQ sets, and extra storage modules available.
AI-THt: The AI Transformer Home Trailer
This 7.3-meter transformable trailer expands to offer up to 37 square meters of interior living space. Utilizing AC Future’s patented expandable housing technologies, the AI-THt sets a new standard for mobile living. It offers flexible living spaces and furnishings, reduces carbon footprint through AC Future’s energy generation and saving technologies, and integrates AI for enhanced daily living. Unlike traditional RVs, the AI-THt eliminates the need for a front cab, resulting in a more spacious and premium interior that doubles in size when fully expanded. The exterior design incorporates architectural elements, blending aesthetic sophistication with aerodynamic efficiency for improved towing performance and range.
AI-THd: The AI Transformer Home Drivable
Originally designed by Pininfarina for AC Future’s CES 2024 launch, the AI-THd is a smart, self-sufficient, and drivable version of the AI-TH, expanding from a compact recreational vehicle into a large mobile living space. It offers the freedom to travel and set up a transformable home in minutes. The cab can be easily converted into a mobile office or a second bedroom, and it shares similar smart technologies with the AI-THu and AI-THt.
