The open park villa has been meticulously designed to harmonize with the surrounding environment. By incorporating elements such as lush greenery, diverse ground levels, and expansive sightlines, the living experience within this villa becomes truly unique. Unlike a compact exterior volume that lacks variation, the spread-out floorplan on the ground floor seamlessly connects different spaces, creating a cohesive interior. This thoughtful design approach results in a multitude of experiences within the villa’s interior, ensuring that no two moments are the same.

Throughout the day, the play of natural light within the villa constantly transforms, illuminating different areas and casting captivating shadows. Interestingly, certain spots within the villa receive light at specific times, creating a sense of rhythm and familiarity. Moreover, the integration of a central patio further enhances the overall layout of the ground floor. This patio not only provides ample air and light but also blurs the boundaries between indoor and outdoor spaces. As a result, the sightlines within the villa become more pronounced and elongated, intensifying the connection between the interior and the surrounding landscape.

To further enhance the spatial experience, varying ceiling heights and finishes have been carefully incorporated within each room. This deliberate choice helps to define distinct areas and functions within the villa clearly. Each space within the villa possesses its own unique ceiling height and finish, adding a layer of visual interest and individuality. Additionally, the living area of the villa is ingeniously sunken into the landscape, creating an ever-changing perspective for its occupants. This integration with the natural surroundings enriches the overall spatial experience, making the open park villa a truly remarkable place to live.

The villa’s unique design is characterized by its five interconnected volumes, each varying in size and placement. This deliberate arrangement creates an intriguing and diverse exterior appearance when viewed from any angle. The facades and canopy, meticulously detailed with a minimalist approach, are constructed using clip bamboo, which further enhances the sculptural beauty of the entire structure. The garden design is thoughtfully integrated with the outdoor space, harmonizing with the villa’s volume and facade openings, resulting in a seamless interplay between the architecture, interior, and landscape.

The interior of the villa is adorned with custom-made furniture and built-in closets, emphasizing the high quality of the space. Premium materials such as oak wood panels treated with oil, a continuous cement floor, and elements of Grigio Alpi natural stone are skillfully incorporated. The entrance, kitchen, living room, and lounge feature cabinets made of dark-oil-treated oak veneer, while the bathroom and walk-in hallway showcase cabinets in light oak veneer. In the bathroom and ground floor office, the ceilings are left open and painted white, complemented by light oak cabinets. Natural fir wood is utilized for the open ceilings in the living room, ground floor lounge, and upstairs bedrooms, while the kitchen and bathroom have closed ceilings. Additionally, the toilet space in the entrance is constructed using brick and finished with a lime wash.

The attention to detail in the villa extends beyond its architectural and interior elements to create a cohesive and harmonious living environment. The carefully crafted outdoor space is tailored to complement the villa’s volume and facade openings, seamlessly integrating the surrounding landscape with the overall design. The use of rich materials, such as oak wood panels, cement flooring, and natural stone elements, adds a touch of elegance and sophistication to the interior. The custom-made furniture and built-in closets not only enhance the quality of the space but also provide functional storage solutions. With its meticulous design and thoughtful execution, this villa exemplifies the successful interplay between architecture, interior design, and landscape, resulting in a truly remarkable living experience.
