Porsche has unleashed the interior of its all-electric Cayenne, transforming the cabin into an experiential space that masterfully blends the marque’s sporting DNA with digital innovation. The centrepiece of this dramatic redesign is the stunning new Flow Display, the largest and most visually striking digital interface ever fitted in a Porsche. This elegantly curved unit flows seamlessly into the centre console, creating a cockpit that is as intuitive to operate as it is beautiful to behold.
Markus Auerbach, Director Interior Design at Style Porsche, states the goal was to create a harmonious package that is “innovative, forward-thinking and meticulously thought through down to the finest detail.” This philosophy extends beyond the screens to a host of new comfort features designed to enhance the experience for every occupant. Electrically adjustable rear seats, advanced surface heating, and programmable Mood Modes work in concert to create a uniquely tailored environment.

The commitment to passenger well-being is profound. New Mood Modes orchestrate light, climate, sound, and seat functions to generate distinct atmospheres, from serene to stimulating. A massive sliding panoramic roof with Variable Light Control—the largest glass sunroof in a Porsche—floods the cabin with light, its opacity electronically adjustable at the touch of a button.
Furthermore, the innovative surface heating system warms not just the seats but also armrests and door panels, creating a cosy, evenly distributed warmth with greater efficiency than conventional systems. This focus on well-being is matched by an unprecedented level of bespoke tailoring. The Cayenne Electric interior offers a virtually unlimited scope for personalisation, with 13 colour combinations, four interior packages, and five accent packages.

Porsche has introduced new material choices for the Cayenne Electric; in addition to classic leather variants, the new colours Magnesium Grey, Lavender and Sage Grey are also available. Customers who would prefer a leather-free interior can choose the Race-Tex interior with Pepita print textile, which pays homage to iconic Porsche designs of the past.
At the heart of this revolution is the Porsche Digital Interaction concept, a milestone in automotive digitalisation. The curved OLED display appears to fold organically into the console, enabling a unique and fluid operating format. This is complemented by a fully digital instrument cluster and an optional passenger display for entertainment. Ivo van Hulten, Director Driver Experience at Style Porsche, notes the aim was to “create an even more immersive and intense connection between driver and sports car.”

Elevating the digital experience further is a sophisticated, AI-powered voice assistant. This system understands complex, conversational commands and follow-up questions without needing repeated activation words. It can control everything from the climate to the Mood Modes, and it seamlessly manages navigation and media requests.
Completing the suite of digital features is the Porsche Digital Key with Ultra Wideband technology, allowing a smartphone or smartwatch to securely lock, unlock, and start the vehicle, heralding a new era of convenience and connectivity. This synthesis of physical luxury, unparalleled personalisation, and digital prowess firmly positions the Cayenne Electric’s cabin as a new benchmark for the modern automotive interior.
